The Kumu Art Museum, the main building of the Art Museum of Estonia has many roles. It comprises museum collections, an open library and a conservation centre, as well as the Kumu Art Museum in which permanent and temporary exhibitions. The permanent display of the museum introduces Estonian art from the 18th century to the 1990s; temporary exhibitions also include international and contemporary art.
